Emma MacDonald was born and raised outside of Washington, DC. When she’s not writing, she can be found gardening, brewing potions, or chasing after her small menagerie of pets. Emma is the author of The Dunhollow Academy series (Penguin Michael Joseph), and the romantasy satire, Romantasyland, which is forthcoming with Dell in April 2027.
