Matilda Gosling is an author, social scientist and researcher. She is the author of Evidence-Based Parenting and Teenagers: The Evidence Base. Matilda has degrees from the University of Cambridge and the London School of Economics. Before moving into independent writing and research, she co-founded and ran an international social research consultancy. She has worked for governments, charities, foundations and private-sector organisations internationally, and has overseen field research in more than 60 countries. An experienced speaker, she has delivered talks at the House of Commons, Royal Society of Arts and Battle of Ideas, and for the Royal College of Psychiatrists, Harvard University, Brookings Institution and many others.
