Professor Kathleen Stock, philosopher and writer, was invited to speak at the Oxford Union on May 30th. Kathleen has written and spoken widely on the topics of sex and gender. Her highly rated book MATERIAL GIRLS: WHY REALITY MATTERS FOR FEMINISM was published by Fleet in 2021. Having previously participated in a debate at the Cambridge Union in November 2022 on the right to offend, Kathleen has now been interviewed at the Oxford Union, mostly discussing and defending the importance of biological sex and female spaces.

Alongside her appearance at the Union, Kathleen has recently spoken on Talk TV, Times Radio, and Moral Maze, discussing topics from ‘cancel culture’ to gender fluidity.
